How tutor assist works
Your child is covered with our tutor assist when they need further support with their learning.
Subscribe to the Tutor Assist
Your subscription provides your child with tokens to request tutor support.
Send request for Tutor Assist
use the token, click the tutor assist button, complete the detail of the lesson you need support with, indicate your availability with your preferred time and date, then hit ‘submit’.
Wait for Tutor confirmation
the request will be sent to our pool of tutors. One tutor will accept the request. Your child will be notified with the session details, including the link of the virtual lesson.
Conduct ‘live’ Tutor Assist session
student and tutor meet in our integrated conferencing center for a live tutor session from the comfort of their homes.
